Associate of Arts, concentration in Kinesiology

The Associate of Arts with a concentration in Kinesiology will provide students with the course work necessary to transfer to a four-year institution to major in kinesiology or exercise science. This program will provide students with fundamental skills and knowledge needed to teach physical education in the school system or community, or to direct fitness and wellness programs in commercial and corporate settings.

This concentration is oriented towards Bachelor of Science - Kinesiology degree with UTSA and TAMU-SA. Articulation agreements are available with both institutions. Consult with advisor before making selection from the “Additional Requirements” list.
