The Pastry Program prepares graduates to work in restaurants, hotels, commercial bakeries, grocery store bakery departments, catering establishments or banquet halls. This program Accredited by the American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission as exemplary for seven (7) years not to exceed June 30, 2022. Our exemplary status program allows graduates to attain Certified Pastry Culinarian status from the American Culinary Federation.
This program is recognized as an Exemplary Workforce Education Program by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
