The Automated Industrial Process, A.A.S. program is designed to prepare students for a career in instrumentation and process control including mechatronics advanced manufacturing. Students will be able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Understand the mechanics and fundamentals of fluid power, mechanical drives, and fabrication. Students will learn troubleshooting, maintenance, adjusting and calibrating measurement instruments, working with robotics, and fundamentals in performing scheduled preventative maintenance in the industry of automation and instrumentation process control.
