Information Technology Cybersecurity Specialist, A.A.S.♦

The Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology Cybersecurity Specialist prepares students to design, implement and secure computer networks.  Students with this degree will be able to install security software, monitor networks for security breaches, respond to cyber attacks and gather data and evidence to be used in prosecuting cyber crime.  Completion in this program prepares a student for industry certifications such as CompTIA Security +, Certified Security Professional (CSP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).  St. Philip’s College is designated by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Two-Year Education through 2026.
