Established to train master-level technicians for Ford and Lincoln Dealerships. The curriculum is designed by Ford and St. Philip’s College and the instructor is trained by Ford at their training center.

Additional Program Information
The Ford ASSET program is a two-year cooperative program in which students alternate between learning in the classroom and gaining hands-on experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership. The summer months are the busiest time of the year at the Ford dealers. Students will work fulltime during the summer months and return to the college for the fall semester. After the student has completed the Ford ASSET Associate Degree program, they will receive 100% of the Ford Service Technician Specialty Training required of Ford Technicians and be on a career path to become a Ford Master Tech, Shop Foreman, Service Manager, and even the potential to become a General Manager.
