Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: ENGL 0300 Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0301 Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0350 The study of classical cooking skills associated with the preparation and service of international and ethnic cuisines. Topics include similarities between food production systems used in the United States and other regions of the world. Students must receive a “B” or better.
