Return to: Degree Plans & Certificates - By Degree Type While working towards an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a concentration in Economics, students learn to identify economic trends and major principles. The program is designed to prepare students to pursue a Bachelors degree with a major in Economics at a 4-year institution. The program is distinguished by the flexibility to choose courses that are most suitable to their future degree plan and transfer institution. |

Additional Communication (11) Core - 1 course (3 credit hours)
Mathematics (20) Core - 1 course (3 credit hours)
History (60) Core – 2 courses (6 credit hours)
Select 2 courses from the History (60) Core Additional Requirements (18 hours)
