The Social and Behavioral Sciences Department offers courses that encourage critical thinking about the behavioral patterns and social issues of our modern world. Our goal is to provide leadership experiences and opportunities for our students, and exposure to relevant campus, district, and community activities, within a quality educational environment.

Positive values and ethical decision-making processes are strongly promoted through our academically and culturally enriched environment. We have designed programs which encourage and challenge the student to excel in critical thought and theoretical applications to “real world” experiences.
