All prerequisite courses and all courses required within the listed curriculum must be passed with a grade of “C” or higher. A separate application is required and can be picked up in the Allied Health Office, Room 118, Science Building. Meeting minimal requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the Program due to limited class size. The student is responsible for travel to clinical sites.
