Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: ENGL 0300 Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0301 Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0350 Skills, concepts, and techniques for preparing wedding cakes. Includes marzipan, plastic chocolate-rolled fondant, chocolate garnish, flower making, and royal icing piping work. Students must receive a “B” or better.
