Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: ENGL 0300 Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ O3O1 Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0350 Concentration on fundamentals of chemically and yeast raised breads and rolls. Instruction on commercial preparation of a wide variety of products. Students must receive a “B” or better.
