AVNC 1353 - Theory and Operational Testing of Aircraft Electrical Systems

Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0301
Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0300
An introduction to RADAR theory and principles as they apply to aircraft RADAR and RADAR/Radio altimeter systems. Also introduces students to aircraft antiskid systems, generator control systems, aircraft systems lighting, and intercom and audio integrating systems. This course also emphasizes the FCC components of RADAR theory and radio principles that apply to the General Radiotelephone Operators License (GROL).
