READ 0302 - Introduction to College ReadingPrerequisites: Appropriate placement score Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0301 This course is for students who need to improve reading and study skill techniques appropriate for academic demands. Skills emphasizing the theory and mechanics of efficient reading, vocabulary development, specific textbook comprehension, study skills in context, critical reading skills, and flexibility of reading rates are emphasized.
