KINE 1129 - Water Aerobics IThis course promotes the improvement of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition through various aerobic style movement activities in water along with the use of specialized equipment. This non-impact form of exercise is excellent for those with joint discomfort and for those just beginning an exercise program. No swimming skills are required.
