Special Program Tuition: $65
Prerequisites: PSTR 1301 with a grade of B or better
A study of classical desserts, French and international pastries, hot and cold desserts, ice creams and ices, chocolate work, and decorations. Emphasis on advanced techniques. Students must receive a "B" or better. Recommended Basic Skills prerequisites: Ready for INRW 0420, MATH 0410
